While requests can be created “on the phone and at Logo Portal" in support hotline service, only the “Logo Portal" can be used to create requests when making ticket requests. How and when is the support hotline service renewed?

Following three months of free support hotline service offered with the subscription, further hotline service can be obtained at any time. When the time period for purchased support hotline service expires, a new purchase must be initiated since support services are not automatically renewed. The underlying service subscription must be renewed before repurchasing support hotline service.

How is the validity period specified for support hotline service?

Support hotline service is available throughout a service subscription term. Therefore the purchasing fee is adjusted based on the remaining service subscription term.
