As Logo Yazılım Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“Logo” or “Company”), we process your personal data within the scope of personalized marketing activities. With this Privacy Statement, we aim to inform you about how we process your personal data and your rights under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data numbered 6698 (“Law”).

Rights of the Data Subject

Article 11 of the Law and relevant provisions of GDPR regulate " rights of the data subject". All natural persons whose personal data is processed by Logo have the right to apply to our Company and to exercise their legal rights listed in the Applicable Data Protection Laws.

When applying to our Company to exercise your rights, you can choose one of the methods listed below:

SENDING COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGE

As Logo Yazılım Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“Logo” or the “Company”), we process your personal data as the data controller within the scope of sending commercial electronic messages. With this privacy statement, we aim to inform you about how we process your personal data and your rights under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data numbered 6698 (“Law”).

Article 5 of the Law regulates the legal grounds for processing personal data. You will find information about which of your personal data are processed, for what purposes and on what legal grounds below:

Your Processed Personal Data, Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing Your Personal Data” with authorized institutions and organizations (e.g., Transfer to İleti yönetim Sistemi A.Ş. for fulfilling our notification obligations under the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages), as well as with domestic and international suppliers (e.g., for the purpose of obtaining services necessary for the delivery of commercial electronic messages in cases where you have given explicit consent), and with our business partners and service providers, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

In case your personal data is transferred abroad, we also act in accordance with the provisions stipulated in Article 9 of the Law and take all necessary administrative and technical measures to ensure that your personal data is processed by third parties securely and in accordance with this document.
